Frigidaire 7.0 Cu. ft. Garage Ready Chest Freezer in Black Granite Finish, Deep Freezer for Garage, Kitchen, Basement, Bulk Food Storage

I usually don't write reviews, but had to write this one because I slmiet didn't get thi s freezer because most of the reviewers complained of receiving their freezers with several dents on them. I just took a step of faith and purchased anyways. Mine arrived in perfect condition- no dents anywhere, and was already freezing after some hours. Freezer is just right size we needed. Only that delivery delayed 1day, but didn’t matter when I saw the freezer in perfect condition! So No issues so far!

This is the first 7.0c freezer that was actually 7.0c. It is sleek and has a beautiful black gloss coating. Women dont worry, you dont need anyone to do the heavy lifting. Once you get it out of the box just glide it across the floor to the designated area. It has two wheels and two furniture glides on the bottom. It makes a little noise when the freezer comes and thats ok. I love it and have no complaints.

i notice it was damaged when i was able to get it out of its packaging, the lid and the corner of it was damaged, the package that it was in didn't show any damage, look like it was damaged before packaging. I plugged it in for 48 hours to make sure it was working good. Wasn't expecting it to be damaged.

It arrived without visible damage to packaging. Once opened, damage at one edge was observed. I called both the manufacturer and Walmart and was told to return it to the store. I was not given the option to replace it at the sale price. The damage seemed to not be affecting the functionality, so I decided to keep it. It works well so far, and I'm happy with the extra space it provides. Like all chest freezers, it's a battle to keep organized, but that's to be expected.

I should have read the reviews first. My freezer came damaged but still works. I think I can pull off the vent panel and somewhat straighten it out. There's also a dented corner, thankfully in the back. The box showed minimal damage. Customer service gave me the only option of returning it to the store for a refund. They wouldn't discount it. It does work well though, and is quiet.

1 day delayed because it was sent back for inspection. Despite this, arrived with several bad dents. Box and protective wrap was not damaged. Seems to be cooling fine although the top is difficult to open at times. Not sure if that's sure to the smaller dent on the lid. customer service said they could send me another box and I could return it to the store.But who in the world is trying to do that only to receive another freezer that is more than likely also going to be dented?

We got this deep freezer because it looked like the best option to keep my breast milk in for our baby. We had the freezer for less than a month before it went out. It thawed and refroze. This happened twice in a few days. Unsure what the problem is. The company was no help. I called Walmart to return and the process has been slow. I've now lost over 300 ounces of frozen milk, groceries, and have not recieved a refund yet. Very unhappy.

Cant give a rating on how well this works. Came in damaged and have been calling since the day it was delivered for a replacement and pickup. Getting the run around from AI

arrived damaged. one corner completely smashed and 3 sides dented. Walmart only offered return option is to bring to a store. had to borrow a truck and carry 80 lb freezer into store just to get a refund, no replacement offered. WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT.

Love the freezer, but I should have listened to the others. Don't buy from Walmart. It will be damaged when you receive it, no matter how good it is packaged. I thought I had received it undamaged until I took it out of the box, but nope the lid was dented.
