Frigidaire 33 lbs. Nugget Ice Maker, Self-Cleaning Countertop Ice Machine with Digital Controls, Black

I've been looking at similar machines for several years; could not find one that was affordable. I'm beyond happy with this ice maker. No more lugging home bags of ice from that popular "drive up" restaurant that we all love. I unpacked it, washed it, ran the cleaning cycle (as recommended), filled with water and I had ice within just a few minutes. The most remarkable thing is how little water it uses. It's an amazing little machine. If you've considered buying one, don't let this one get away!

I am obsessed with eating ice and always make extra drives to the store to get the soft ice. I've been trying a lot of different machines to get something that matches the ice at the store. I really don't like the bullet ice because even though it's chewable it's kind of hard. I have very sensitive teeth. I only bought this because the picture looked like it was smaller pieces of ice and wasn't bullets and it was a good price. well I was so surprised to find that the ice is small and chewable and it comes out really fast and I absolutely love it. this is actually saving me a lot of gas cuz I'm not jumping up to go to the store to get the ice anymore. this is perfect for anyone who likes soft chewable small pieces that are made very fast.

The Frigidaire 33lb Countertop Nugget Pellet Ice Maker has been working great. The Black Friday price was a great deal. Easy to use. The small nuggets are a great size. The ice bin is small so I let it fill up and pour into Gallon baggies for storage.

I love this ice maker. it's fast, and the ice is just right. I make up a batch, and put it in the freezer to use later. It sure beats buying ice in the big bags and having to store it. I can separate the ice in smaller bags and that way I can pull out just what I need. fFor me this is the best thing since sliced bread..

I am obsessed! If you’re a fan of Chick-fil-A or Wawa ice, this is absolutely the machine for you. It makes ice so fast, and it just keeps coming. The texture is perfect—soft, crunchy, and totally addictive. My girls and I love it! We use it all day long. Worth every penny!

does not keep ice cold ice pale feels up fast buy an insulated container to put ice in but it does make a glass full of ice in about 15 mins like the nugget ice good of 2 or 3 people to clean they want you to run 16 oz of vinger throught it self clean cycle runs about 15 mins so it takes about an hour and a half for first cleaning

I truly loved this ice maker when I first got it. My daughter and I increased our water intake so much and really enjoyed the ice maker until one day it started making a horrible grinding noise a little over a month after we purchased it. I recycled the box because we were loving it so I can’t return it. Now I’m out the money and sad to no longer have a working ice machine.

Box says "self-cleaning function but it is far from that. I bought it based on that claim. I received it today, removed it from the box, and read the directions. The cleaning directions are complicated and lengthy. Requires weekly cleaning, daily water changes if you won't be making ice that day, triple cleaning first with vinegar and then triple cleaning with water - EVERY WEEK. And then there are instructions based on your water hardness to leave vinegar in the unit for more than 12 hours. To me, this is not self-cleaning and I am returning the unit.

I followed instructions exactly, but after running some water through the cleaning cycle it would not come back on. I unplugged the machine for an hour, plugged it back in, but no lights or anything. other appliances work when I plugged them into the same outlets. This is just a bad ice maker from an unreliable company. DO NOT BUY THIS ICE MAKER!
