Walmart did a great job with shipping and having in stock. I read many people had their unit dented and destroyed. Mine came nicely packaged and had no damage. Just installed in garage, where my gym is at. Blows cold and will do the job. 5 stars for sure.

Could not be happier. I had a 15000btu amana for near 20 years and it died. Had 2 small ones i used last year, 5 8btu but really were maxed out.,I have a 2 bedroom ranch. This unit seams as powerful as the 15K and with a fan to push down the hall,cools the entire space. Only had it 2 weeks but fingers crossed it will last for years. Stay Coool...jd

I just bought this air conditioner and since the day that I had pit it into the window for my apartment it has worked wonders without giving me any issues. I was even able to switch the reading over to °c without and problems. Will definitely recommend buying 💯

Arrived in great condition no damage. Took it out of the box and slid the plastic fillers on the sides and set it in the window and plugged it in then turned it on. Very easy set up and installation. It cools a 20x15 bedroom very good. Works like it should. If you need a room AC or a little extra cooling this AC will do the job. It blows nice cold air. Shipping was fast, I had it in 4 days.

I love the ECO button to turn off the air when the temp has been reached. If you need a great cost effective unit. This should be your choice! I can't wait to replace my other units with another Frigidaire window unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned air-conditioners since I was 21 years old. I worked nights and the neighborhood was noisy. Operation of my A-C was perfect because it drowned out the noisy from outside and I was able to sleep peacefully. Since 1960, I have owned over 8 A-C's and all of them kept me comfortable and cool. My last two A-C's were Frigidaire . I have a 10 thousand BTU in my bedroom ( purchased 20 years ago) and my 12 thousand BTU in my dining room/kitchen (purchased 10 years ago) Between both, I have always has enough BTU's to maintain a very comfortable living condition through every heatwave we have experienced. My recent replacement purchase seems to run cooler and much quieter. We can hardly hear it when it is running and are so happy we decided to stay with Frigidaire for our latest purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a 3/2 A frame cabin. While the downstairs remains the cool the upstairs was like a sauna. We put this 12k BTU Frigidaire in the room upstairs and it works like a charm. Today's heat index as I write this is 108F (See Pic) and we have the Frigidaire set at 80F and it is cool as a cucumber upstairs and cycling every so often. Easy to install, great investment, great addition to the room.

This thing works awesome! It's only 12,000 BTUs but it cools our entire downstairs in less than an hour. It is a bit loud even on the lowest fan setting so you may want to put it in a room not near the TV or stereo.

The unit crapped out after 90 days , the customer service and warranty Sucks. Received a worthless gift card less shipping and tax from the manufacturer . I will never buy another Frigidaire product again .
