Frigidaire Top Load Hot and Cold Water Dispenser, Water Cooler for 3 or 5 Gallon Bottles, Black, EFWC498

This is a very nice water dispensing machine. I usually go with Primo but recently purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator and was very pleased with it so purchased this one. The set up was a breeze as all I really needed to do was plug it in and place the water on top. The water comes out super cold and very hot for when I make coffee and tea. I would definitely purchase again and definitely recommend it.

Mine runs quiet and is perfect, to me. My only complaint was with the delivery company. They left it outside the gate by the road, I ratted them out for it. Don't know what good it will do. This is the 4th time they have done this. The machine is taller than my last Farberware one. I've gone through 3 in the past 5-7 years. Seems a bit excessive. Being taller makes it so much easier to load. I love not having to deal with those red and blue spigot things. I hope this one will last longer.

I really like this water dispenser and the cost was affordable. So far it's working as it should and I pray it keeps working the way it's supposed to.

I added stickers/labels where the spouts are so you can align your cup easily, keeps you from having to bend down every time? The only thing I wish it had was a light so you can see how full you are filling your cup when you get up at night without turning lights on in the house or when it's just darker in the kitchen. Sounds trivial but it really would be beneficial. Great unit overall tho, glad I got it

The lights don't always work, BUT the hot water and cold water options do work. Great for the price.

Hard to change. Bottles. Cold temp not cold enough and hot not hot enough. Would definitely not buy again. Would not recommend getting a top fill dispenser

When buying this I thought it was a good price. I should have just spent the extra money on getting a better one. Only the cold side works not the hot side. And sometimes the cold side is not that cold. The flow sometimes is slow coming out as well. I had a primo before this one and should have just bought it again.

The first water bottle was fine. The second leaked all over my floor. I contacted the company to see if loading it was different from others. got a song and dance they want pictures and want a video of the problem. I didn't see a leak anywhere so nothing to video. Just a soaked floor.

Disappointing, first day of use wa ok but it looks like there's a leak inside ..when i woke up in the morning my floor was damped all the 5 gallons of water gome

The indicator lights stopped working within the first 24 hours of use. The hot water safety lock is difficult to use for an adult.
