I'm a first time hot tub owner. It was a challenging trying to learn everything to keep the hot tub water clean and ready for use at all times. Going to give it a chance. Had to tape the two sides together bc the point of connection had broken plastic. Hoping this rectifies the issue.

This item from Bargain Depot appeared to be reused Frog cartridges. They did not fit correctly, setting was already at 2 instead of off, chemicals smelled in the hot tub.

Why is this pump not working this is not old??
