Frontier's psyllium husk is easy to mix and swallow. Taste seems fresh compared to other brands and it works on my gut. Good quality and organic. I have used this to make seeded crackers too. I also like the packaging..better for environment than plastic container!

It's one of the best source of fiber that you can add to every meal or drink it as it is. I didn't really likes the taste, so for me to add to the dough was the only way to consume.
