This frontline shield for dogs works great and helps ensure we don't see any fleas on our little friends that then get carried in to the house. We put it on monthly and never have a flea problem.

One summer she got a case of fleas real bad and I will never forget that. Ever since that day I take the necessary precautions to prevent that. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this a few days ago.I applied on my German Shepard. I like that fact he doesn't have to wear a flea collar. This product does a good job and works really fast on my dog. I would buy this again.

I don't think it made much of a difference on my dog. My animals had fleas so everyone got flea and tick medicine. The dog still digs at his skin a lot.

FRONTLINE is ineffective and worthless against fleas. I paid close to $50 for FRONTLINE for my Lhasa Apso. He had been shaven and bathed, and our floors and furniture treated in case of eggs or larvae, before the product arrived. We applied it per the included directions almost as soon as it got here, and waited. Almost 2 weeks later, we're still waiting for it to work as it promised. It's a once a month product so it's too risky to apply a 2nd dose on my small dog at this point. I gave it one star only because I can't give it zero!

It's garbage! The package says it starts working in 5 minutes. Small print says 5 minutes 2 days AFTER application. So technically it starts working in 48 hours and five minutes. Problem is we're on 72 hours and my dog still has fleas! Not sick and dying fleas either. Active and healthy fleas! Definitely will be getting my money back. The high star rating is incorrect and I'm sure paid for.
