It was super easy to put together but also extremely detailed for the kids. Plastic but was sturdy. Worked great as a gift for my kids.

It's perfect for an 18month - 2 yr. old. But too small for 2 1/2 because the cute cart is very low to the ground %26 not heavy enough for a 1 yr. old to push %26 walk. Needs to be higher %26 a little heavier. Other than that, it's perfect!
