I originally bought this chair back in October 2022, and it lasted me until January 2026. Definitely got my moneys worth and it was a super comfortable chair. I tried a different chair in between, and it didn't work out. I ordered this chair recently again, and must have received someone else's return. The outside box was tattered, and all the items inside including the leather on the chair pieces had rips. All the hardware inside had been ripped open from their individual boxes. I promptly returned it, repurchased, and received a brand new chair. I work very long hours at my desk, as well as have lumbar issues. This chair is phenomenal, provides the structure I need in order to maintain better posture. The chair arms are sturdy, and perfectly align with my body in the chair. I love that this chair tilts back when needed, which helps with hip relief when stretching is needed. I look forward to another few years with this chair before buying another one when needed. Please do not stop making this chair. The only reason I needed an updated one was because the leather finally started tearing on the arms, and the seat had gotten a little flat. That is regular wear and tear, and expected. I love this chair!!

Easy to put together, don't relax in it or you fall asleep. Great chair for your back , working or just watching tv. Thanks having such a nice chair. Eugene

Trying to install the last few sccrews had some issues, had to use my Allen wrench tool to complete the job. it would have been nice if they added written words to the pictures.

ATTACH ARMS TO CHAIR BACK PRIOR TO ATTACHING TO SEAT. DON'T TIGHTEN SCREWS ALL THE WAY UNTIL ALL ARE MATCHED UP IN SEAT HOLES, THIS ENABLES YOU TO ADJUST ARMRESTS TO HOLES IN THE SEAT. VERY LITTLE LEEWAY IF SCREWS ARE TIGHTENED. EASY TO FOLLOW PICTORAL DIRECTIONS. ALL HARDWARE IS LABELLED, ESPECIALLY THE SIMILAR SCREWS.

HARD! The seat is hard. The lumbar support is in a weird spot, I feel. I'm 5'7” and it's low. Assembly not bad. It looks good. For the price it's fine.

The chair that I received was not what was pictured in the product page. The arm rests, roller base, and dimensions are completely different. I bought this chair as it appeared to be a near exact duplicate of my Montessa II from Staples. The product images has the exact same arm rests, base, and dimensions as that chair, however as I mentioned before they are completely different. The chair is smaller by a few inches in all directions. The seat is only 18in long when it claims 19.8in, which genuinely makes a difference as it determines where the chair pushes on your legs. The back is also shorter which causes it to hit lower on my back than expected. The arm rests are different as well, they are shorter by about an inch which causes my arms to not make contact with them while seated. The base is made of metal and has a large curve at the end, unlike the flat plastic roller base pictured, which causes my feet to slip off when I try to rest them on it. Buyer beware, the seller is not selling the chair shown, but a replica of some sort.

If you are looking for a comfortable and small chair- this is not it. I bought this chair because it was astatically pleasing, it looked puffy/comfy and I am 5' 0" and most office chairs are too big for me. I wanted my feet to touch the ground- which they do. It gets a star on size for me- but I am usually at my desk 8 hours a day. We recently started moving to a new home so I am not at my desk half my usual time. That being said- today is Thanksgiving and I have been using the chair since last Saturday afternoon. That's less than a week and it feels like I'm sitting on a wooden hard chair. My butt went to sleep yesterday! I am so sorry I wasted money on this purchase. I had to review it so you don't also :)
