I love how this chair fits me. I had ordered a different chair and it dumped me on my butt before I could even start using it.. I ordered this one because I like how it looked. My daughter put it together for me and I started using it. It rolls well, has just the different heights i can set to and is very comfortable. I will remember this chair when it's time to reorder in the future. One of my best orders ever!

Trying to install the last few sccrews had some issues, had to use my Allen wrench tool to complete the job. it would have been nice if they added written words to the pictures.

ATTACH ARMS TO CHAIR BACK PRIOR TO ATTACHING TO SEAT. DON'T TIGHTEN SCREWS ALL THE WAY UNTIL ALL ARE MATCHED UP IN SEAT HOLES, THIS ENABLES YOU TO ADJUST ARMRESTS TO HOLES IN THE SEAT. VERY LITTLE LEEWAY IF SCREWS ARE TIGHTENED. EASY TO FOLLOW PICTORAL DIRECTIONS. ALL HARDWARE IS LABELLED, ESPECIALLY THE SIMILAR SCREWS.

HARD! The seat is hard. The lumbar support is in a weird spot, I feel. I'm 5'7” and it's low. Assembly not bad. It looks good. For the price it's fine.

The chair that I received was not what was pictured in the product page. The arm rests, roller base, and dimensions are completely different. I bought this chair as it appeared to be a near exact duplicate of my Montessa II from Staples. The product images has the exact same arm rests, base, and dimensions as that chair, however as I mentioned before they are completely different. The chair is smaller by a few inches in all directions. The seat is only 18in long when it claims 19.8in, which genuinely makes a difference as it determines where the chair pushes on your legs. The back is also shorter which causes it to hit lower on my back than expected. The arm rests are different as well, they are shorter by about an inch which causes my arms to not make contact with them while seated. The base is made of metal and has a large curve at the end, unlike the flat plastic roller base pictured, which causes my feet to slip off when I try to rest them on it. Buyer beware, the seller is not selling the chair shown, but a replica of some sort.
