The plant arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged very carefully to protect it during shipping and included a warming pack to protect the plant from the cold weather. Very impressed!

Packaged very well, no damage, very healthy, nicely formed, very nice size for the 4” pot it came in. I would so recommend this seller. The best plant I ever received on line except one other that I got from the same seller.

The plants in this order, I'm sure started out in good condition. When they arrived, they were beat up and pretty much frozen. I have been trying to save them, but they are not what I paid for

l of the olants was dead when the got here. the other plants are beautiful and I've already got transplaneted and am veey happy with the purchase but not aware this might happen so I wanted you to be prepared..All I know is he better replace or give me a discount on them.

This plant came 3/4 dead. There was nothing left to salvage. Leaves were mushy, discolored, dirt all in the box. I often order plants on line, but I wasn't expecting this at all. It is generally a beautiful plant if she were wrapped for shipping. The leaves were not wrapped to be protected. Why they were distroyed.

still no return money and i cant have it put back on that card i used please a gift card from your store would be lovely
