This is an excellent immune system support supplement. Echinacea along with elderberry and garlic capsules are well known for their healthy benefits. Surprisingly the capsules have a very pleasant aroma and are easy to swallow. Definitely a great value at a very affordable price. I very highly recommend them.

Needs to be a much easier to swallow capsule instead of tablet. Then it would get a much better rating. I had a bronchial infection and it did help with that.
