THE FIRM COMPRESSION SOCKS WERE EXCELLENT, I JUST HAPPENED TO PICK MEDIUM AS THE CORRECT SIZE. THEY WERE DIFFICULT TO PUT ON BUT DID THE JOB TO COMPRESS LEG AND FOOT SWELLING. THEY STRETCH TO JUST UNDER MY KNEE JOINT.
I have tried other compression socks and they seemed to hit the wrong place on my legs since I have varicose veins. These are perfect fit and are very comfortable. Will purchase again.
I have been wearing Futuro Men's compression stockings for several years because they were comfortable. What has really sold me on them happened a few weeks ago. I was selected to serve on jury duty and was placed on a 5 day trial. Sitting from 9:30AM to 5:00PM with a few short breaks and a sit down lunch, I found their true value! At the end of the day my legs felt just fine with no swelling or pain. For me this was well worth the price and I sold all the other men on the jury, the value of Futuro products! By the end of the 3rd day all were wearing them! Thank You!
THESE WORK BETTER FOR MY HUSBAND THAN THE EXPENSIVE MEDICAL BRAND
I have swelling and discoloration in my ankle due to an injury. My dermatologist recommended restoring dress socks to help reduce these conditions. I was skeptical at first but now am a believer in the effectiveness of these stockings. I only wish the were available in more colors.
FUTURO has the highest quality around, but for some reason the dress socks are way way longer than the casual version (and the material is stretchier), so high that it goes above my knee (and I'm very much on the tall side with long legs, and size 11-12 feet). If these were normal socks I could just fold them over or leave some creases, but with compression socks that isn't allowed so I cant really use them and am stuck. I wish they had a firm version of their casual socks (I would buy like 5-10 pairs!). Maybe I'm missing something?
More expensive socks last longer
Regarding FUTURO Dress Socks for Men (20-30 mm Hg). I bought a pair in October 2022. I've been using this style product for 2 years prior to this purchase. The material has changed and is not as compressive, resistant to stretching out and resistant to tearing as previous purchases with just a few times wearing them. This drop off in product performance will drive me to look for alternatives. Previously I was extremely satisfied and never even thought about changing brands.
I have been a user of Futuro Support socks for many years but in the last couple of years you have changed the fabric formula of the socks and they are now very thin. Yes I am an older, big guy but the older thicker material was easy for this guy to grab. This makes them very uncomfortable to wear. They bunch up around the ankle are difficult to get on without powder and nearly impossible to get off with out some sort of assistance. Do you plan on bringing back the old formula? I am guessing that you were bought out by another company that had the same type of fabric formula you are now using and used the buyout to acquire rights to the anti rollover band, if that is the case know that all of those old socks were thrown out. They were not comfortable to wear and yours are not now.
way to tight. I can just barely put them on and then they bother you by the extreme tightness while you're wearing them
