It needs to bounce back after shortening the width
After you use it to make the front a little shorter, it doesn't bounce back to it's original t hickness.

Needed modification to use
I have a fairly pronounced "Adam's Apple" and this neck brace was uncomfortable to wear as it rubbed every time I swallowed. I was able to cut the fabric behind the adjustable chin strap and then remove some of the foam in the center area. After doing so, I can now wear it comfortably, even when sleeping. I use this when traveling as it is the only neck brace I have found that gives me the support I need to rest comfortably on long flights.

Received and it was kinked and not adjustable for height as advertised or at least what they call adjustment does not work

Hass a brown stain on it. What the heck
Has a brown stain on it. Maybe it was used and returned by someone? Got wet ? Coffee spilled on it? Don't know but should not ship a item like that.
