I have tried different heat wraps, but I find the Thermacare brand heat wraps to be the best in easing the intense pain I get in my lower back. I have discovered that the product designated for neck pain therapy is the best size for my lower back, so that is the product I use. I rated this product a 4, because I never completely erase the pain, but the relief I get allows me to comfortably complete my planned schedule for the day. I have used these frequently for years, and will continue to do so!
