The sent is a used treadmill that was cracked, had foot prints on walking part and lubrication oil that leaked with instructions in a great value ziploc bag. No quality control. Tried to get refund. Horrible customer service. Would refund 8 percent of amount and asked if it worked. I did not buy refurbished regardless. Stay away!!!

This under the desk treadmill is ok. I bought based on reviews but I really wish I had not purchased. It’s quite narrow and I think I’m going to return and buy a better quality one. The instructions to the thing is simply dreadful. It took me forever to put the batteries in the remote. Regret buying.
