I take this supplement for my nerves. I am over stressed with the responsibility of my husband of 63 years medical care...he has also been using the 6,000 mg for nerves. Better than prescription drugs...it is Capsules - no taste, assist in daily stress and worry. Our family doctor recommended it. She is a Geriatric Wellness Doctor - believes in Not over medicating her patients
My normal meds haven't really been working as well as if hoped, but this worked phenomenally for my insomnia (of course I was taking it with my regular medication).
I love the way it works.
