I was told by my Dr to try this for sleep, it REALLY works! I break open the capsule %26 let it fall down my mouth. Then i take a drink of water, this REALLY works. I sleep better when I take this. The BIG pill is magnesium, it's kinda BIG. I personally DON'T have a problem taking it. I just DON'T need plastic in my body, so i break it open.

I take two before bed with cherry tart juice (triptophan) as prescribed by my doctor and it totally helps me sleep. the insomnia has decreased 100% 10 out of 10 recommend

It's Magnesium Glycinate. I would need a blood analysis to determine its "adsorption" and a controlled clinical study to determine its actual effectiveness. This brand's nutritional facts show it to be more potent per pill than others but its effectivness is subjective - it seems to work for my leg cramps ... but who knows? I dislike that NO brand ever states the COO of its ingredients which, to me, is a negative; I prefer 100% U.S.-sourced-and-assembled or manufactured. Capsule size is just a shade larger than fiber capsules so I swallow only one, which is the recommended dosage anyway.

The RDA for MG for adult men is 400-420mg. So it makes sense to sell a 500 mg capsule, which is how the product is listed and printed on the front label. However, reading the back label, only 50mg of MG is actually provided, only 10% of the listed value. Looking on the sellers web site, they confirm that this only provided 50mg of the 420mg RDA. This is purposefully misleading labeling and listing of the product. On their website, they specifically say that the 500mg is the measure of magnesium glycinate, only 50mg of which is magnesium.

I think it's a reputable brand, but I misread the lable stating that I'm only getting 50 mg of actual magnesium. Not 500mg. I need many more milligrams of magnesium than this provides.

ONLY 50 MG OF ACTUAL MAGNESIUM! That is very low when you need 420 mg a day. I should have paid better attention when ordering but I only look closer because these weren't working well for me. This is when I realized my previous brand had a much higher amount of magnesium in the magnesium glycinate.

Misleading information. Bottle states its' 500 mg chelated. After buying it several times, I just found that in very small print it says that it only supplies 50 mg of magnesium. That means all this time I've been taking such a small amount that it didn't even meet the minimum needs. Very disappointed. Don't trust this brand.

This company is a scam! Their supplements are not labeled properly! I ordered magnesium that was mislabeled in Sept 2025. I was issued a refund. In January 2026 the company signed me up for their email and rewards list without my consent or knowledge. They stole my email and full name from Walmart and have been sending me marketing emails without the option to unsubscribe. Do not buy from this business! They have shady marketing practices and there is no way to verify if the product you are consuming is legitimate!

OK so I am confused because it does say 50 mg of magnesium and then on the front it is saying 500 mg of glycinate. So I’m wondering if the other 450 mg are just fillers when you read the back it talks about mineral traces so I’m wondering, how are they able to sell this item if it’s not properly labeled correctly. So we will not be buying this again because it’s detrimental that we have as much glycinate in us right now from doctors orders so unfortunately we are gonna have to look somewhere else. I hope seller reviews this or someone could get a hold of the seller because I’m not sure if this is correct or if I’m reading it right. The pro side of this is I actually have anxiety and I have felt a little better using this product. I’ve been using it for over a month. So I know it is doing something. It’s just disappointing that the milligrams are not what the label says so that’s that.
