Liquid has given much better results on blood tests then magnesium is pill form.

I've been taking this for about 2 weeks now and do notice a slight difference, but I have not been taking it every day. I noticed the warning saying people with high BP or kidney disease should ask their doctor first. I have both and I am waiting to see my doctor before taking prescribed dose. I like that it's hypoallergenic. It doesn't taste too bad. If Dr. approves, I think it will make a big difference in the way I feel. I would recommend, but check with your doctor if you have any issues first.

Sometimes I have stress from work, and it increases my anxiety level that affects my sleep. I find this product calm me down. I think if you experience mild to moderate anxiety and couldn't consume magnesium rich foods regularly, this product is a great supplement. I think Pure Encapsulation manufacturing process is very reputable, hence a higher price point but you don't have to worry about heavy metals, etc. I did not experience any negative side effects from this product, but in general I'm quite healthy. It is a bit sweet, but it has xylitol which counters cavities and you can always rinse your mouth if taken before bed. It would be nice if they have a smaller bottle size so that it won't have to stay opened at room temperature for too long, but it does have potassium sorbate which is a preservative to keep the bad germs from growing.

Magnesium Glycinate Liquid--I ordered this as a supplement for helping lower blood sugar and reduce anxiety, two of the potential benefits. I can't say I see a big change in blood sugar but that could be due to my diet--too many treats at holiday time. So I need to give it a better chance. I don't know if it really does reduce anxiety I don't take it when upset. As a supplement, I'd say it helps reduce muscle cramps.

It is gluten-free, non-GMO and hypoallergenic and needs to be stored in a cool, dry place and shaken before using. The recommended dosage is two teaspoons daily with a meal so it is easy to take. This supplement claims to support cardiometabolic, neurocognitive and musculoskeletal health. While I can neither deny nor prove those claims, I do have chronic hip and leg pain and while taking this Magnesium Glycinate liquid I have not had any intense episodes of pain.
