This vitamin is easy to take because it's liquid. The taste is tolerable. It's just too expensive. The bottle is very small and I have to order another already. But yes it works good and I would recommend.

Energy boast
Started taking for energy level. Was feeling sluggish and tired a lot so since taking this it has help me with that tired feeling. Notice I'm not wanting to take naps all the time!

SO happy to find a liquid B complex for folks who are allergic to Biotin which is in everything. Also it doesn't make me feel sick! Prayers answered!

I chose this because I couldn't find a single brans with no biotin and this one has no biotin in it. I like the taste. It's been a good support so far.
