This vitamin is easy to take because it's liquid. The taste is tolerable. It's just too expensive. The bottle is very small and I have to order another already. But yes it works good and I would recommend.

SO happy to find a liquid B complex for folks who are allergic to Biotin which is in everything. Also it doesn't make me feel sick! Prayers answered!

I chose this because I couldn't find a single brans with no biotin and this one has no biotin in it. I like the taste. It's been a good support so far.

Since I have trouble swallowing capsules, I prefer liquids. I trust this brand and am happy with its quality, ingredients %26 taste.

My doctor recommended this brand. I'm so happy that Walmart has it available! I definitely feel the difference in my energy levels when I take it. Be aware that your pee will be neon yellow.
