Sports Research® Highest Levels of Vegan Omega 3 DHA & EPA Softgel Fatty Acids (Carrageenan Free)

The product we used before went off market and then I found this. It is good. We have bought it more than once. We like the Vegan formula because there is no fishy taste. It is a brand we will continue to buy.

I've been taking these for about 5 years. They're excellent quality and have an high concentration per dose. They are a little pricey but the safety and potency makeup for that. Highly recommend.

This is a great vegan alternative for Omega-3 since most Omega-3 supplements use fish oils which often contain toxins such as mercury and dioxin. Plus it is Non-GMO Verified & Vegan Certified. Formulated without Gelatin, Carrageenan, Corn Starch, Sorbitol, or fillers.

I use alot of Sports Research products because of the high quality ingredients, no extra fillers. I cannot use fish oil to get my omega 3 fatty acids as it thins my blood out too much. This is also a great option for those alergic to fish oil as this is all plant based algae oil and contains some of the highest amounts of DHA and EPA, higher than most other products. Would highly recommend.

I have been taking Sports Research - Vegan Omega-3 for about two weeks now. I don't feel any different, but two weeks is not really enough time to feel a difference from this type of supplement. However, I love the pure ingredients in Sports Research Vegan Omega-3, and the fact that it is a vegan source of this important nutrient. It doesn't have the strong fishy smell that traditional Omega-3 supplements often have. Each serving (2 softgels) contains 630mg DHA-EPA. I may start taking a third softgel as I prefer to get closer to 1000 mg per day. The softgels are not tiny, but they are easy to swallow and have had no problems with heartburn or repeating after taking this supplement. I'm glad I discovered SR Vegan Omega-3 and will continue to take this supplement!

I really love the plant-based formula of SR vegan omega-3. It uses plant-based algae oil instead of fish oil. It's considered a potent alternative to fish oil. I really like that there's no "burp" effect from the vegan formula, unlike the fish oil. I always burp when taking fish oil and have that nasty taste in my mouth. This vegan formula doesn't do that. I also like that it's plant-based because our oceans are over fished, and many species of fish are endangered. Plus, I've read stories where fish are rotting on boats before reaching processing plants that are mainly in low-cost Asian countries. Fish oil goes rancid quickly, who wants to consume fish oil that's spoiled, I don't. Plant-based algae oil gives all the same benefits as fish oil-based formulas. I use Omega-3 to keep my cholesterol in check. The SR vegan Omega-3 is easy on my stomach, unlike fish oil-based formulas. Is as effective and is better over-all for the planet. I take two softgels in the morning after breakfast and never experience any upset stomach or anything else adverse. I highly recommend this formula!

Excellent product. No bad taste or smell. This is the best price on Vegan Omega-3 products I've found so far. Prices for Vegan Omega-3 products will probably come down in the near future; when that happens I'll rate it five stars for price.

I am taking Vegan Omega-3 to support healthy brain function, heart health, and overall good nutrition. I take it because I've had 2 heart surguries and need it to maintain a healthy heart. It's a plus that it helps brain function too. I suggest that everyone take it for your heart, even healthy people need it.

I have never used a product like this before so I don't have much to compare but I'm pleased with this product overall. Tablets are soft gel kinda large but super easy to swallow dispite the size. Little to no funky taste & smell. Sourced from algae and their capsules are free from carrageenan, so cleaner and healthier than some other brands might be.

I bought this kind hoping to not have the crazy dreams like fish oil gives me but they also give me crazy dreams. They are really good quality though and dont have any bad smells or burps.
