My heart feels alot better after taking this. The quality of these herbs is really high. I'm down to 1 1/2 heart pills a day because of taking these herbs, I also take the ashawaghanda. They pack their herbs really well, I never worry about something getting broke in my box. They get them to you in a timely manner too.
