I love these! They worked great! My mother in-law is a holistic nutritionist and she suggested them to me over the z-quick I was taking before which was hit or miss.But these, I take 2 hours before when I want to sleep, It doesn’t take long to fall asleep, I STAY asleep, and I’m never groggy when I wake up! Amazing! Highly recommend!

Helps me sleep more soundly than any other supplement that I've taken in the past. What's really cool is that if I wake up in the middle of the night and take a dose, I can wake up at my normal time without any residue. I've been looking for this formula for years. So happy that I found it.

I'm a natural health professional and one of my certifications is as an Herbalist. This is definitely a great choice of herbs. For most this would be helpful for falling asleep and sleeping through the night. Because of chronic insomnia from other health issues it's just not strong enough for me right now. Once I heal from the other health problems I would take this again for occasional sleep maintenance.

I only took 1 pill, as opposed to the 2-3 this recommends. I slept 10 hours straight, slept through my alarm, woke up really late for work and then slept another 45 minutes on the train ride to my job. And now I'm sitting here at my desk struggling to keep my eyes open. This is the same effect I get from taking Nyquil or Benadryl. Don't recommend this if you are one of those people who gets the 'Nyquil hangover'. I would only take this again if I don't have work or anything important to do the next day.

so, i took my first tablet after a hard day, i had a seafood salad and wanting to go to bed early, took one Sound Sleep. about 4 hours later, i woke up nauseous and belly pain. then i vomited violently for several hours..... i chalked it up to food poisoning. about 2 weeks later, i wanted to go to sleep early again. i ate a nice big bowl of marinara spaghetti for the carb effect. a few hours later i took my second sound sleep tablet. a few hours later the same thing!! i woke up with nauseous and then violent vomiting. the only connection to these incidents was the sleeping tablet. the bottle is small and the writing on the bottle is even smaller - almost impossible to read. however this was the caveat: "Other nonspecific symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, light colored stools, unexplained tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and loss of appetite" maybe it was the poppies or skullcap? So i took it back to the store and let the manager know. i'm back to melatonin when needed.
