I cannot say that it will work for you but a diet of no gluten and this product taken as directed on the label put my Hashimoto's in remission, be sure to consult with an endocrinologist or a rheumatologist before you take anyone's medical advice. I have been taking turmeric supplements for at least a decade. I have tried many brands, but I am sol on Gaia's Turmeric Supreme. I have arthritis in my knees and hands and since I switched to this brand, the pain has subsided. I also use the Turmeric Extra Strength Gummies. And since my dog wants to eat everything I eat, she is also having a gummie in the mornings. She adores them also.

I have mild arthritis in both of my hands along with 'trigger finger' in two fingers. As anyone who has 'trigger finger' will tell you, it can be very painful. My daughter suggested that I start taking Turmeric and within 30 days I began to see measurable relief and continued use has brought nearly 100% relief. There's still an occasional 'trigger finger' episode but it's rare and the amount of pain compared to the pre-turmeric use is very diminished. The arthritis discomfort has vanished.While there's many sources of turmeric available I need to highly recommend the Gaia Supreme Joint Turmeric over any other brand and formula. Gaia has been a quality product line for years that is organic and vegan. Don't try to save a couple of bucks with another brand, the difference in quality and formula isn't worth the savings.

I have had back issues for the past 6 years. I used to travel for work and in doing so, had these herbs mentioned to me in passing. I didn't have high hopes but figured it wouldn't hurt to try. At the time, I was going in for steroid injections in my lower back to release the pinched sciatic nerve as well as help my lower joints move easier and reduce back pain. I had a standing appointment ever 6 months to do that... it was terrible! Ever since I started taking these herbs, I have not had a single injection! Its been three years and I continue to be able to avoid seeing my spinal doctor. I can even tell when I lapse and don't take these for a few days because my back gets tight.I would swear by these pills as they have saved me a ton of money and pain!

Is the curcumin extract known as BCM-95 or CRX-791? I read that this is the only dose that is effective. I have not used this product but the star rating was required.Just received an answer from GAIA. It does not have 95% curcumin. It has only 7.4% plus other compounds.

I confess to being a litle disturbed that they do no tindicate the percentage of Circumin, which should be 95%.I gave turmeric to my mother back in 2002 for her Alzheimer's and it worked fantastically, so I am NOT a new user. I've been using it for 19 years.ALL turmeric should have have the circuminoid content on it. This one does not. I cannot say that it works better than other formulations I have used. I would suggest whoever writes their label to disclose that fact. A lower circuminoid content lessens the effectiveness, as pointed out in APRIL 2005 issue of NEWSWEEK magazine, which had an issue on Alzheimer's and the researcher lauded it, but said it MUST contain 95% circuminoids - which was the dosage I gave my mother, with pretty miraculous results.As for me, I'm looking for another brand that clearly states the circuminoid content. I don't mean this to be a negative review; I couldn't rate it fairly because I don't know it contains the critical amount of circumin.
