Product arrived dead on arrival. Called customer service and they said to get a replacement from Walmart. Looks like the sensor for the door shutting is not working, so the light in the microwave stays on and the microwave will not heat. I decided to buy a more reputable brand.

I've owned dozens of microwave ovens in my 77 years of life and this one is, without reservation, the worst designed of any I have owned. The only thing that makes it even acceptable is that it works to heat thing, beyond that it does everything wrong. Light is USELESS. Turntable sounds like a train. Door opening button only works on one side (why?). Can't read the dial, the buttons are the SAME color as the background, really? What's wrong with putting a back light behind them if your design team is colorblind. Unbelievable.

When I received the microwave, I used it for the first time will try to use it. It did not work called customer service for the microwave and they were no help. Had to send it back.

this was the worst experience ive ever had. was late wasn't packed in a box came damaged took back to store and im looking for a microwave in another store will never shop at Walmart again
