I really like this picture frame because it's real clean-cut looking yet doesn't take away from the picture that I put inside it and stands out very nicely against a burgundy wall Love it

packaging was good and delivery was on time. I love this picture frame because its not flimsy and it goes perfectly with the picture post i purchase online. I dont use the mat because my picture fit perfectly in the frame.

Make sure you want ALL of your photo in the 8x10 frame. I had to slightly trim my photos, nothing drastic, but enough to make them fit nicely.

the frame is too heavy for the plastic wall hanging apparatuses on the back. the frame fell off the wall damaging the frame and spliting the plastic after about a month. (crashed down in the middle of the night and scared me silly! thought it was intruders! i was able to salvage it by installing two picture hanging brackets on the back and repainting the frame the next day

I ordered two frames and one arrived with mildew growing on the backside and inside backing. Luckily, the mats were not damaged. The hangers provided make it very difficult to hang level with one another. I will need to purchase an alternative method to get both picture frames to hang evenly.

Nice heavy frames. They do use the cheap brads to hold the picture and matt in place. I bought two and one arrived already marked on the back and trimmed on the matt. Probably a return. For the price...save your money

Loved this frame. However, the frame came shattered twice when ordered from Sams and also when ordered from another company. I’m not sure if it is the packaging from the company that caused the item to shatter or if it was the delivery to my home. Other than the shattered glass the frame is nice. Just wish I could have used it with the glass and not without.
