Got for my grandson he's very excited. He had a pair and he warm out so he said he sound good and work good so he's happy and I'm happy. Glad I got them fine.

I’m really impressed with the overall performance of the Cshidworld Gaming Headset. The sound quality is excellent—clear, immersive, and perfect for gaming across multiple platforms like PS5, PC, and Switch. The 7.1 surround sound really enhances the experience, and the mic works well for communication. The only downside is with the RGB lighting. The lights don’t work when the headset is plugged in using the standard headphone jack—they only turn on when connected via the USB slot. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is a bit disappointing if you’re expecting the full visual effect on all devices. If it weren’t for that small limitation, this would easily be a 5-star headset. Overall, still a great value and solid choice for gamers.

These fit nicely and have acceptable sound quality. But there is NO MUTE BUTTON. This is clearly listed in the description, but non-existent on the actual product. Also, to volume dial (on the left headphone needs to be scrolled down for the volume to go up, and vice-versa. They are lightweight and comfortable, with a good amount of sound blocking. The lights on the sides fade from one color to the next, then suddenly get incredible faint, but keep changing colors. You have to be in a very dark space to even see them after they initially power on. The headphones have two plugs -- a USB to power the lights, and an audio plug to connect the mic ad headphones. If you have two separate inputs (one for the mic and one for the headphones) on your device, you will need to have/purchase and use a splitter. Overall, these were disappointing.

incompatible with my laptop. system does not detect it as an audio or microphone device, but it does receive power via the usb.

My child can't hear anything from the headsets I had to buy another pair from another merchant. I feel like my money was wasted. They are still in great condition we just can't hear NOTHING.
