had it since july 7 2025 and i have to say that the xbox controller refresh is extremely good compared to my xbox one s robot white version and even feels better than my gears 5 edition one x controller and its much more efficient even with cheap batterys ofc i got 2300mah Energizer rechargeable batteries and i only have to charge them every 3 days compared to my robot white one s controller eating thru my batteries every 24 hours this is a must have for any serious or casual gamer but the refresh should have been more noticeable like goin from a ps4 to ps5 controller type of upgrade but besides that this controller is perfect and reliable so far
This is an original Xbox controller. The one thing I do like about the controller is you can hear the mechanical part of the controller the clicks the clicks the touches as heavy. That's the one thing that separates those controllers to the cheap ones is how light it is and how quiet it is when you press down on the buttons other than that it's Xbox controller is solid. You could bring the price down but you know that's a wish in the world. I ain't gonna never get that one but yeah drop the price will have a good day.
This Xbox controller feels great in your hands and is very comfortable to use, even during long gaming sessions. The buttons and thumbsticks are responsive, the triggers have a nice feel, and it connects quickly without any issues. The battery life is solid, and the overall build quality feels durable. Whether you're a casual or competitive gamer, it's a reliable controller that's well worth the purchase.
This controller is so tough, haven't had any issues with either of these (I have the heart breaker too) I am not sure what people are doing to break there controllers in just a month but overall this is a solid controller and if you got it on discount for $54 it's an awesome deal!
The item was received as quickly as I expected. While the delivery guy was extremely distracted by the conversation he was having with the the woman on the phone (and didn’t appear to speak English when I repeatedly attempted to get his attention to give me my item); my overall impression of the item was exceptional. I won’t hold my impression of the shopper/delivery driver against the product; but wanted to address it for the hiring agent. Thank you for the product!!
My Xbox x is barely a year old - the controller that came with it didn’t last , the one we bought to replace it lasted maybe 8 months and now this one and it’s always the left stick . My previous controller on my 11 year old Xbox was 10 years old and worked fine - sorry I traded it with the Xbox to get this new system. Xbox is literally making a terrible controller anymore and it’s not up to casual gaming let alone an intense gamer . I’m no little kid and I’m not harsh on my controller and yet when the left stick controls most movement in any game it should be built to hold up to that … shouldn’t it??? I’ve spoke to them and expressed my concerns but if others see the same issue you should also speak out cause they are not building these things to hold up for their intended purpose and the 2 month guarantee … that’s laughable… that tells you they know these things ain’t holding up !! I’ll buy an off brand here soon tired of wasting my money on official Xbox products if they refuse to build a better product !!
I must have crappy luck bc this is the second controller in a row I’ve had issues with. This one is a pain to connect to the console. I’ve paired it several times and it keeps having issues connecting after I stop gaming and come back. Now it’s not connecting at all.
I would never buy from this seller on here again.. completely waste of time as we received a dirty controller with corrosion in the battery section.. then them dumbWalmart ppl almost blamed me for it and she barely even tried to help me cause she only spoke only Spanish so yeah I’m over it.. won’t be buying controllers from here..
This item is complete junk. Maybe due to being a third party sold product. But it stopped working 35days after purchase . And Walmart won’t recognize the return due to it being a third party sale with a 30day return limit . When there normal products you get a 90 day. Total crap.
We're pretty big gamers and we are hard on controllers but they generally last more than a year. We got 2 of these in February and the sticks are already barely working. No major falls no spills nothing, and I didn't get the warranty because it's for a year and they generally last longer than that. My own fault for not getting the warranty but the sticks are very bad. Left stick went out so fast
