It's a CO2 cartridge
It's a metal container filled with CO2, it doesn't have to be complicated. This fits the bill and the price is right compared to ones with a name stamped on the side.

Customer server iffy, packed poorly
cant really say about how well the product preforms but did feel well made and looks like its quality. I didnt mean to purchase them and apon delivery they were all though the box they were packed for shipping in and the box they cartridges are in was weak and folded like they werent even packed, and on it was missing 2 or 3 cartridges, probably on was the Fedex trucks. customer service was nice and professional for the most part, did get a little short and the tone in his voice was very accusingly.
