We actually got this scaper to help clean some floors with a lot of stuck on ick. It has performed brilliantly. If you use it for the same kind of thing, tilt it while using so ypu don't damage anything.

The photo and specifications on the walmart page shows this item with a grey plastic handle and I received one with a wood handle. So I returned and was sent a replacement but the replacement was the same exact item I had returned with a wood handle.
