I've been taking these for almost 2 weeks now. I'm really impressed! I needed something to strengthen my hair. My hair sheds way too much due to hard water breakage. Within days of taking this gummy, I noticed no hair shedding in my shower. It's a definite hair strengthener. My skin looks great too! My face is clear and glowing. I also have a bit of eczema behind my left ear and usually have to apply aquaphor or an eczema cream to keep it moisturized and non itchy. I haven't had to do that in days now because it's healed. This product is the real deal %26 works. Regarding the taste, it's ok. Not the best but not the worst. I can tell it's made with beets because you can taste it but it's not strong. There's a slight sweetness that counteracts the beets taste. Great stuff!
