The Garden of Life mykind Organics B12 spray is an easy to digest alternative to vitamin B12 supplement pills. It's absorbed into your bloodstream much faster and you feel the effects right away. Plus, it tastes good and is fun to use - I find myself wanting to use it rather than thinking of it as a chore like with other supplements.

This is a fun new way to get B12 in a spray form and it tastes good. However, I'm not real certain that it is as practical as a tablet form due to the longevity factor even when refrigerated. Secondly, the amount is also more difficult to determine exactly too, as opposed to a tablet.

I have the impression I am doing much better with taking this product daily. The taste is good.

Good flavor, wash use and a decent sublingual shot of B12. I find it to be a little energizing, even after my morning coffee. It's not speed but it works as a mild pick me up. I'm nearly 70.
