I have been taking this everyday for 4 years. Provides lots of vitamins and minerals and gives me a boost of energy!! I had tried many other products before finding this and I stick with it because it REALLY WORKS!!! After discovering the amazing Garden of Life line, I have made it my personal goal to try all of the products relevant to my life. So glad I came across this product!! I gave up coffee and found this gem and was amazed of the difference I felt in energy! No crash! Great and easy to mix with water, juice or tea. I really enjoy the taste and will continue to purchase this healthy powder for a long time.

Fantastic product! I had to stay away from leafy greens or take anything with caffeine for over a year now due to my digestion problems, since raw leafy greens are hard to digest, they bloat and give constipation (same with caffeine bloat and constipate). I was a little sceptical to order this since I did not want to go through all that pain that I've been before. This gave me the opposite. It helps my digestion and it gives me an awesome energy boost. I could not be happier! and on top of these 2 amazing things, helping my digestion and getting an energy boost, I noticed yesterday that first time in 4 months my urine wasn't cloudy! It helped me alkalize! I love it! Thank you Garden of Life for such amazing products! It tastes good too! I use the shaker cup with that wire ball in it, ass some ice cubes, little juice and fill it up with cold water, shake it all up and done. It's a perfect breakfast! Yesterday I added some in my Fit chocolate shake before I went to the gym. I got a great boost and my shake still tasted good.

I find all Garden of Life products to be very high quality and worthwhile purchases. I was just expecting a bit larger size with product.

I do have more energy now, but the powder , which I blend with frozen berries and orange juice to make it more palatable is hard to swallow.I can still taste the powder even though I blend thoroughly.I think the powder needs to be processed more thinly.
