I ordered the men's version by mistake. Almost sent it back but I like that it doesn't have all the menopausal relief included. Don't know if it's the boron but my teeth seem like they're getting stronger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm taking the Garden of Life - 50 & Wiser men's multivitamins. It's non GMO and gluten free, made from 23 powdered organic fruits and vegetables. The list of ingredients is what sold me: apple, carrot, asparagus, beets, broccoli, spinach, tomato, strawberry, Brussel sprouts, kale, cabbage, blueberry, celery, cucumber, green onion. Cauliflower, garlic, raspberry, parsley, cherry, ginger and sea kelp. What a great mix.

And to make it better it has organic ingredients which I think is a real plus. The vitamins come in a large container with 240 capsules that should last you about 2 months. My only gripe with these vitamins so far is the size of the capsules which make me feel like I am taking horse pills but besides this I would say that this is a great product and I would gladly recommend it to my friends and family.
