If you don't want to do the injections, then this is a great alternative. The berry flavor is minimal. This is an easy put it under your tongue and let it dissolve medicine

Effective Supplement
After being tested by his PCP, my son was low on vitamin B 12. We purchased this supplement …he enjoys the taste and his B12 levels have improved %26 returned to normal. He takes it every day. Highly recommend!

Dislike the capsule form.
I prefer a smaller version of B-12 rather than the capsule form. I have used other brands that are chewable and much smaller with the same amount of 1000 mcg Methylcobalamin.
