Barlean's Fresh Catch, Fish Oil Supplement, Omega-3 EPA/DHA, 250 Softgels

This product is amazing. First of all, there is absolutely no fish after-taste or fish burps, even if taken on an empty stomach. If you have burps, they're orange! That's the first good thing. The best thing though, is that they work! I have arthritis in my fingers, and before I started taking these, my joints were red, hot, painful, inflamed, but after using them for awhile, my joints are none of those things! I can't tell you exactly how long it took to notice a difference, but it wasn't long or I wouldn't have bought another bottle. I've been using them for a couple years now, and I highly recommend them to anyone with joint or inflammation issues.

I have tried several brands of Omega-3 Fish Oil supplements. The Barlean's Orange flavored one off by far the best. Zero smell on the breadth, zero belching, zero taste coming back up. Same benefits as other brands. I would recommend this item.

Great Fish Oil. I can't tolerate most other brand fish oil because of the awful fish taste burps but this one is much better.

I did some reading on how fish oil can help with hormonal imbalance...tried this brand and it worked great. One time the store ran out and I tried another brand that was supposed to have the exact same amount of epa/dha and I noticed the difference immediately. The quality of Barlean's was far superior and there is no fishy taste or smell. I currently take 3 a day for my needs and it has been a God send. It is a little pricey but sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

The product is pharmaceutical grade, and easy on my digestive system. Price is competitive.
