Good stuff!
I have been taking grapeseed extract for several years now. I don't get sick very often. And it seems like whenever I stop taking it for whatever reason, I do get sick! I had a pharmacist tell me one time that it's a great antioxidant.

So far so good
So far there have been no negatives. I'm not sure what improvements I'm seeing necessarily. After reading about the long list of health benefits for many systems in the body I decided to start taking grape seed extract. Some of the things it's supposed to help with may not be apparent to me so since I'm not seeing any negatives I'm going to assume they are positive.

I recently ordered this to help my husband's blood pressure. It is too early to tell if it does help. I have used this brand in other supplements

Love that it's non GMO. That's very important to me, along with just one medium size capsule daily.

This is absolutely amazing. My skin is brighter and smoother. The ingredients are perfect combination. The size is very easy to swallow.
