I bought this as a magnesium supplement and a sleep/relaxation aid. It really helps me fall asleep faster and helps me sleep through the night. I will continue to use this supplement.

I opened the bottle and the first pill out was only half there. Poor quality control- especially since these pills are rather expensive !
