He said they're working for him he's sleeping better and feels better they're working for him. They're easy to swallow and don't upset his stomach. They're non GMO a high quality multivitamin I'm glad he takes.

He works alternating shifts and these vitamins are supposed to support energy health, which he desperately needs. They are also made without dairy or soy and that is also a plus for him. VitaminCode vitamins cover an array of fruits and vegetables I my husband is not receiving due to not eating as healthy as he should no matter how hard I try to get him to eat properly. All in all I think this product is 100% more effective than a regular men's multivitamin and I'm excited to see how they affect his health in the long run. I would most definitely recommend these to any male over 50 interested in a healthy multivitamin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this multi vitamin a shot after using other brands. Overall this is a solid multi vitamin. It is well packaged and sealed. The vitamins are in a clear capsule, which I prefer. The bottle is dark brown glass to help protect from UV light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these for my husband and he feels great when he takes them! I think with a good vitamin you can tell you feel off when you forget to take for a day or two and he can really feel the difference with these.

You'd be hard pressed to find another multivitamin like this one. From what I've read, you won't find another compnay making raw organic supplements the way Vitamin Code does. The multi is a great value, and a great supplement to a good diet. We purchase the 5000 IU Vitamin Code D3 as well. I wish the multi had a little more D3 and Vit C in it, but all in all, it's above any other multi in my opinion.

I'm vegan, so I need something that gives me the B12 effectively. I have tried another food-based multi that is actually derived from food directly, but with lower vitamin levels, and I was having a lot of dry skin problems with it. So I switched back to this, and problem is gone. Meaning, this does a really great job of getting my body what it actually needs. I can depend on this, and it's GMO free too.
