Previously had and used another Garmin GPS, and was more accurate than any other GPS system one finds online, cellphone, etc. After almost 10 years, it decided to take a break. This Garmin Drive 52 EX has what I need without breaking the bank. It has a few new features that I enjoyed. Glad I found this gps at a relatively low price and that was able to get it when I did.

Great Garmin GPS
Great medium size GPS with the Garmin name. Very easy to program. Many features that are included with the unit.

I know Garmin makes a good product, however, I am disappointed in this one. I have to enter the address numerous times before I can actually get directions on it.

I've had Garmin 52 two times and love it. this one is defective. The number or letter you type is not what types. submit button deleted what i typed.

Garmin Maps Incorrect
Garmin asked me to take a wrong turn on a one way street in Salt Lake City. Just purchased this unit and updated maps before cross country trip but apparently it doesn't have updated directions even in major cities.

Not happy
I purchased this GPS today. It worked for about 1 hour and then it shut off and I could not start it again. It was fully charged and it should have turned back on. I am wondering if this was a refurbished items. I will be returning tomorrow.
