I ordered this as a replacement for my previous Gateway. I do a LOT of craft designing and need to save a lot of files and this laptop does it with ease! It starts up quick, loads quick and the screen color and size are all perfect! I highly recommend this laptop, not only for fellow crafters but for anyone!

I purchased this laptop for my wife. She's been using it for a month now with no problems. It's been a real good replacement for her. I go through it once a week to make sure everything is alright, no problems.

Great item and easy to set up. Have only used a few days so far but seems to do the job. I believe electronics prices are a bit higher then they should really be but that's just my opinion.

This is a great laptop I have had no issues with doing my work or school work with it. The only issue is you can't put it on a soft surface at all the vents are on the bottom of the laptop and it will overheat really quickly if you put it straight on your lap or soft surface for a period of time. I use a lap table when I'm working with it and it does great I've even done some zoom calls and streaming and it has done really well.

great product for the price exception being it's a year old. Other than that, it's a heck of a system. easy to use and it's slim and lightweight. also bought laptop backpack with it, and it's no problem carrying it around. I've been involved with computers for many years and this is a good system for beginners or seasoned pro's.

Nothing to write home to Mom about, but the low-grade soecs was exactly what I needed: namely one older USB2.0 port to connect an older device to it. This machine covered all bases: old port, fast, and cheap.

found out after purchase, system was already a year old. Was disappointed in that, and I'm not thrilled with Gateway's support, but over all great deal for the price.

Stopped working in a couple of months. Battery will not hold a charge. My programs are not compatible with Microsoft which end up costing me hundreds of dollars. It stopped working only six months later. Wasted of money %26 time. We loss everything in the hurricane. Now I wasted time %26 money on this laptop.

it doesn't let me download some of the games and apps that i had on my old laptop

the computer worked great the first month after which it began slowing and even freezing on a regular basis. If you open more than 3 windows it begins the "not responding" game. I use it for simple searching only. would not recommend
