I think the watermelon gatorlyte drink mix is better than the bottles.. They cost less (albeit not much less, but less) and they're easier to carry around since you just add it to water. I take medication that dehydrates me so I drink one in every morning. Other kinds don't taste as good and so I don't drink them all.. But these I look forward to my drink every morning. And in the evening before bed if I'm seeing/feeling signs of dehydration (like chapped lips or when I'm sick) I'll drink another. I haven't had a bout of dehydration since I started doing this though. I just wish they'd go back to the price they were before everyone else realized how important electrolytes are.. Because this is getting ridiculous. And the insane price hike in the summer really screws people with actual medical issues who need them.
Have a problem w electrolites at times. All the name brand products, arent worth the lable on the container nor the product they say they are selling you. This is the only product that brings me where i need to be. Mediacally speaking, this is the one that gets results.
Use the recommended amount of water. Both the product's taste and electrolyte restoration capability are excellent.
This beverage does a great job of providing hydration. I notice a difference right away. The taste is better than comparable products. This 3-pack provides a great value. Highly recommend!
This is a high quality hydration product and tastes better than Gatorade with a hint more sweetness. I just mix the powder in room temperature water then serve with ice. We
Yep, this is a winter product. I have a case of water grab one on the go put the next one in your car carry through the summer easy.
great to drink in the morning after a workout. no caffeine. gives you extra protein. i got watermelon flavor also available in mango flavor. so delicious and good for you
I bought these as I was looking for something more effective than Great Value options but something more cost effective than LMNT. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of this product as I feel almost instant hydration when I chug a bottle down! The price isn't too bad considering the quality of what you're getting out of the item and the flavors are not too bad in taste like many other options I've tried. I can say that the sodium is a bit on the higher side and they put a great amount in the packet so when you dump it into a 16 oz bottle it seems a little too much and makes your water kind of a powdery substance, so I recommend making going 21 fl.oz. Overall, I can't complain and have been using these more frequently than anything to stay hydrated when taking my Tirzepatide injections and it helps me more than anything else when having gout flare ups as well.
Compared to other similar products in the same price range or less, I found these to be the least enjoyable to drink amongst all that I have tried. I still have a couple left. I only drink one every so often, using other products instead. It has the electrolytes as advertised I just really do not like the flavor. YMMV.
All I drink are electrolyte drinks and i got this to try, never again, that was not good at all, it smelled good but the taste was not that great and left a horrible aftertaste i'll stick to the walmart brand at least then if it doesn't taste so great it was dirt cheap!
