GE UltraPro 20A GFCI Outlet, White – 32077

Soo many options out there, but this is fine for routine applications-typical 20 amp 125V (for me, the kitchen). Follow the instructions, and installing the wires in the holes in the back is much easier than the screws on the side. GE still makes good products. You can do it. Just make sure the power's off when wiring it.

This took extra time as the old leviton plug was wired a lot differently than the directions for this indicated.

As described, we'll made. Always trusted GE products, they never let me down.

Had to swap wires from top to bottom. If it lights up green and provides no power, swap wires vertically while still keeping black on brass/white on silver. Worked great after that.

Just like many other reviews it did not work out of the box and it being this common problem tells me that they have No Quality Control

If I could rate negative stars I would! These are junk! I've bought 4 in the last year and a half %26 only 1 of them worked! Also, 1 of them that came in the same box was a completely different outlet! GE used to be a good brand but now they're awful! Don't waste your money or your time on these! Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get an outlet if needed bc they actually work!
