Love this item but make sure you keep a portable charger with the appropriate cable or key available outside of the lock location incase the batteries die. There should be some sort of alert as to when they are running low. The percentage it shows does not seem to be accurate!!!

I LOVE the lock. I have 5 total. Pretty easy to install. I have been using them for a year now.

This secret fingerprint doorknob that can unlock with a Bluetooth device (via an app on your smartphone) is a really great product/invention but it’s not perfect (AAA batteries are needed but are not included). It’s bigger than average and slightly adjustable, pretty simple to install on most doors, just don’t forget to connect the wire. If your on the inside far away from the doorknob’s position, it won’t unlock via smartphone for an unauthorized person. You’ll have to manually open it or stand about a foot next to the doorknob in order for it to work. From the lock side, it does come with a set of keys (2) incase and it works very well via smartphone unlock but sometimes it won’t read your fingerprint properly especially if anyone has big/oily/cracked fingers so you will have to try until it opens. There is also a usb type-C charging port hidden below in case if the batteries die so it’s best to keep a charger/power bank handy (haven’t tried it yet).

i’m just not this type of geek smart! hahaha - oh well! ps: it’s not as simple as changing out a door knob… it is not ideal for main home entry door (which is what i was hoping for) and it only works on specific doors based on measurements of thickness etc. = more work then i was looking for

I’ve emailed the seller 3 times and have gotten no response. One of the items are broken and all I asked was for a replacement not a refund . But can’t seem to get an answer . So what’s my next step .

App to se this item has been removed from Google play store. I could not even access it by typing it in a seah engine. Not worth having if I cannot add my fingerprint

well I ordered the lick online, paid 60 plus for the lock and waited, and waited, and waited! So I called to see where it was and was told, oh we would send another one out but it seems we are all out!! We can get you a refund. THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED! IF I NEEDED SOMEONE TO JUST ĤANG ON MY MONEY FOR WEEKS I WOULD OF HELD ON IT MYSELF. Or I could of ordered from some where else but couldnt be cause I didnt have my money... YOU DID. Very poor online experience.
