I bought two of them so there's always a frozen one available. The straps make it easy to keep the ice pack where it's needed. My husband used them after knee replacement surgery and they helped keep the swelling down. I would recommend them.

The gell pack is soft and the vrlcro strap is plenty long enough to be used for a shoulder or back. The material feels very durable, and looks like it will last very well and stand up to use by teenagers. It is very comfy to use. The only challenge is that there is not a lot of gell in the package and it tends to mush to the ends if the pack is applied to a knee or shoulder. This combined with the gel not staying cold for very long (max 10 minutes) gets it just one star off.

the comoressor works well for cold pack but i dont know how to use ot for a hot pack. the adjustmant bands is long enough to strap across the back even with women that have d cups size.

I did like it. it is gets cold and stays cold but i thought i could use it for other parts of the body. the long velcro straps make it difficult. but great for your back!

I received wrong item. Therefore, I don't feel I can give accurate review for this item. Wasn't hot and cold as stated in description. It was cold only. The size was too small for use on your back. I had to return it due to size and not having the hot option.

Both Velcro ends were put on facing the same direction, so you have to twist the bands and overlap them, in order to lay them on the coordinating Velcro. The band is also not very strong/too stretchy. The cold pack didn't seem to stay cold very long, despite being left in the freezer overnight.

I love the way it's made but not hardly any gel in it ! Flattens out thin as paper! last about 5 min at most! I wonder if I got a defective one? I'm going write and ask. If I did not then I would say look for something else. I do have a nice thick one I have but needed another.

i couldn't wait to receive this pack bcuz i suffer from lumbago. very disappointed. it wont stay cold no time. soon as you take it out of the freezer, it's warm in 20mins. I'll stick with freezing a water bottle, less hassle.

false advertising is not for heating

This is labeled as a hot and cold pack. It's just an ice pack. No heating capabilities.
