I use a lot of these things over the years to deal with pain at night due to lyme disease. This brand frankly, is the only one that doesn't make my brain foggy the next day, doesn't cause heartburn or dehydrate me. I don't know if it is the coating, I haven't looked into it. But my new 'go to'. Also a good price.

Works just like name brand for fraction of price (asked if it tasted good-I don't know why you would want to taste it. You swallow them.)

Works as good as the Tylenol brand at about half the price. Helps to make my arthritis easier to cope with at bedtime, and relaxes me to help fall asleep.

I originally ordered ibuprofen 200mg but saw were the strength for ibuprofen was also 500mg. When I received my package, it was not ibuprofen. I was very disappointed. I then researched and found out ibuprofen comes in two strengths...200 and 600 mg. Not 500 mg so I received something I was not familiar with.
