I find it to be a natural and vegan source of energy. The caffeine derived from green tea extract and theobromine from cocoa seems to provide a boost of energy without the use of synthetic stimulants.

By far one of my favorite products from the genius brand. I am so excited and happy that Walmart now carries the brand since I won’t have to go a supplement store specifically for this product. I take it during my workout and it helps me recover so much stamina. There is a huge difference on the days that I do take BCAAs and the days that I don’t. Not only is the workout more consistent but my recovery feels better. It definitely worth the price and I will continue to use these BCAASs for honestly the rest of my life.

Great tasting BCAA powder and a nice addition for my morning workouts. I love the flavor and the boost from the caffeine in the morning. I am only able to use a half scoop as I am sensitive to caffeine and get migraines from too much. No worries with a half scoop and a nice boost and the benefits from the BCAA. I feel like it helps recovery after my harder workouts and keeps me going through the week. Love that there are no artificial sweeteners like some have.

I usually take half a scoop at a time, and will mix it with half a scoop of pre for an extra pre workout boost. Gets me going and keeps me going with solid focus. Solid flavor and easily mixable.

I loved it! I was wondering if the flavor was going to taste good but it tastes like a grape soda and it has all the health benefits you need to start your day!

Great taste, it is a big container. What I loved the most on this brand is that they are vegan bcaas most bcaas are made out of junk stuff like bird festhers and hair, these are not.

I usually don't care for artificial sweeteners but this is sweetened with an extract of coffee bean and the taste is good. I like that it's vegan and a real treat after my workout

I just wanted to preface by saying that, although this particular item didn't work for me, it doesn't mean it can't work for you. It definitely did for many others! I don't drink any kind of caffeine, has been this way for 5years and just this year I started to feel a lot more sluggish/lazy with working out. So I started to look into pre-workout but was extremely hesitant given how people behave on it (either for clout or genuine). So I came across this one with really high hopes and even read that it was very mild given the natural ingredients. So I bought it and unfortunately did not help me, which is absolutely fine, not one thing with be for everyone but the flavour is nice and I'll continue to drink it until it's done.
