Excellent, egg slicer! We had another egg slicer, but my son complained that it did not cut all the way through the egg left them attached on one side. As a result, the eggs always fell apart instead of being neat slices. We got this one because it looked like it would be a good quality item. It has definitely lived up to the hype! Perfect slices every time opens all the way up and easily cleaned.

It was delivered on time. It was larger (a good thing) than I expected and worked PERFECT! It's very well made. I use it for my hard-boiled eggs and small, soft produce like strawberries, olives, etc. Very pleased.

I'm a salad eating kind of woman. I love a good diced or sliced up egg on my salads. Eggs just make them seem more full and filling, plus they're delicious. It gets old having to use just a dull paring knife to cut them up with. Dicing them seems to make a big mess, though it gets the job done. So I decided on this egg slicer. It looked bigger in the ad, and the main reason I got it was because it was on sale for a decent price. It's made of solid metal, and the cutting wires are fastened tightly. It works as it should, but I'd change the weight of it and make it more stable for use on a countertop. I can't get a good grip on it and there's not really a handle on it to hold the base down while I'm cutting the egg. Making it kind of dance all over my kitchen countertop. Maybe a weight or rubber sticky legs that could help secure it while I'm using it. I do like it. There's simply those things I'd like to change about it for a more ideal user experience. It's easy to clean, I just toss it into the dishwasher. It also doesn't take up any countertop space, it's not that big so I store it in my utensils drawer. If I had it to do over, I might go with another option.

It does not slice eggs very good. I haven't used it on anything else.
