The look is very pleaseing but if you look hard enough in some areas you can see inside the frame seeing wires. The slots are DEFINITELY big enough for bagels and thicker bread. It does raise the bread higher then the slots if needed which is great for me. The is a 30 second button to add a little more time if needed. It toasted my bread wonderfully on 3 nice and golden. I like it dont know about durability and longevity is only been a few weeks. But if you get the warranty your covered either way.

This is one of the best toasters I have ever owned, it is also the most expensive toaster I've ever purchased. Usually I'll spend $20 on the cheapest one but decided to get this mostly for my daughter to use. It looks beautiful and is definitely hi-tech. However I noticed right away that it does not have a digital timer or count down. It does have a type of timer function that indicates how long you have by moving a bar type design right next to where you put the number that indicates how dark you want your toast however it can take longer for certain sections to move so you can not tone it or know how much time you have left because it doesn't count by time it counts the level of darkness of your toast, so it really is useless. The other issue that I had with it is the right to heating elements when you pop your toes down it doesn't always stick so I have to do it quite a few times before it will go down and stay down where as the other side seamlessly does it so it must be more of an issue with the manufacturing of it or just human error. Everything else is pretty good. I think I was expecting more because of the price tag. I'm not used to paying that for a toaster. It looks fancy without really doing anything fancy. Because at the end of the day, it's a toaste

We had one for over a year. Easy to use, does multiple functions. Have had no issues with it. Purchased this as a gift, as the recipient loved how ours looked and worked. Great product. Price is great. Shipped fast. It does bagels, great. We use it for hamburger buns, hot dog buns, English muffins, toast. Eject has a button, has an awesome countdown feature. You control how light or dark you want it to toast.

I have tried at least 5 different toasters over the last few years. Every one was not what I was looking for. Either both sides popped up no matter when they were put down or they broke within the first month or no consistency when customizing the number to cook the bread and most toasting was blotchy. I bought this toaster. This has every feature I'm looking for and I love the touch screen. Both sides work separately. They brown my bread evenly and if I customize my toast at number 2, it comes out at number 2 brown level every time. And my new toaster is stylish. I love it!

This is a really nice toaster! It does Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins perfectly on the '6' setting with no extra time. I love the - add 30 seconds' option too!

I thought for $55 it was a pretty cool purchase I've had it for about 3 months and no issues at all with it it's almost impossible for me to believe that it toast as well as it does I've always bought the Cheapo toasters for 20 bucks

I just love my toaster. The four large slots are perfect for my needs. I also love the different settings . It is an awesome toaster. The price is worth spending

Simple to use. Toasts well with many settings from light to medium to dark toasting. Four slots for multiple slices. Wide slots for thicker slices such as bagels. This is nice for when there is a need to toast more than one kind of bread at different toasting levels. Don't forget to put your bagel in so the cut side is the only side that gets toasted!! There is a lighted up icon on the front of the toaster to guide you! We bought one and gave one as a gift. Both families like this toaster very much!

It does not toast very well. I had it on 6 %26 bagel %26 I had to toast it 3 times to get it right. I returned it. I really wanted to like it cause I liked the way it looked %26 worked. I took a chance on the non name brand because I liked it so well. I would not recommend.
