I love this machine and if they would find away to have the waffle and omelette plates removable to make it easier to clean—it would go from a good waffle maker to the absolute best. This day an age—bacteria forms everywhere so not being able to remove it and throw it into a dishwasher and only wiping down to clean is inviting germs to make people sick. However, the waffles come out perfectly crisp and the omelette are fluffy and delicious.

It makes perfect waffles and the egg feature is excellent because you make everything at the same time and it saves time and everything turns out perfect.

Pretty waffle maker and works great! I was skeptical but it worked great right out of the box. Waffles are deep enough for my taste . The only thing that would make it better is a setting for doneness. Overall a great buy for the price. I’ve only used it once. Let’s see if it holds up to our big Sunday breakfasts . Fingers crossed.

I bought the waffle mix and used it, OMG it was great. worked great the first time and is still making awesome waffles LOVE IT

I got to use my dual waffle / omelet cooker. Loved it!! cook both at the same time and ready at the same time. Everything was just perfect!

BEWARE!!! This advertised an 8 slice waffle maker. I figured the plates for the omelet were interchangeable with the waffle plates. They are not. One side is a waffle the other side is an omelet. I don't know where they get 8 slices from. I don't make omelets as much as waffles so it's a waste of space. I returned this and got the same brand but an actual double waffle maker.

I wish that there was a temperature dial. The waffles come out really soft and I prefer a more crisp texture

The idea behind this waffle maker is brilliant, but the quality doesn’t match. This worked great for once a week usage for about 2-3 months and then one week we pulled it out and it smelled like an electrical issue. We threw it out for safety concerns. Not worth buying.
