The company issued incorrect tracking information, I then received an email confirming the tracking was wrong and that they would send me the correct tracking number within 2 days. That did not happen. What did happen was my having to call the 3rd party vendor multiple times, AFTER speaking to the Walmart agent who advised he was ONLY able to send them an email on my behalf. During this time my account had been updated with the delivery details, as my purchase was First being sent to the 1st incorrect tracking location and then delivered to the 2nd Incorrect Location clear across the country. At that POINT Walmart responded that the 3rd party vendor needed to REFUND ME...After all, it was delivered, and after 4 days and 7 calls being hung up on, etc, etc by the 3rd party vendor "investigating" and checking with the delivery company, UPS...I was told I'd be issued a refund. Perhaps they were simply having a bad couple of all-around, I can't speak to that. I can only say this, Collectively spoke with sincerely indifferent people, when they were asked to "work at work" and people who seemed "genuinely confused" by my being less than happy with my son's last part of his pc build for his 18th being lost and sent to CA rather than VA AND than wanting the more than $220 back asap! Walmart honestly wasn't any help with the issue during the process either, they certainly weren't offering me my refund.
